My background is in marketing and I have many years’ experience as a commercial writer for print and digital. I started my own online marketing business in 2002, specialising in helping clients build relationships, community and authority on the social web and the wider online world. Before that I had a whole 20th century pre-internet international marketing career. I’m also an experienced trainer and presenter.
